what utilities are at the boulders?
Natural gas, fiber optic cable, electric, city water and we issue a septic permit for each lot.
what are the Hoa fees?
The annual fees for the Homeowners Association is $1500 that is paid quarterly.
What are THE NEAREST AIRPORTs?
Asheville Regional Airport is just one exit off of Interstate 26, making it only a a 10-minute door to door trip to The Boulders. Greenville Spartanburg is the next closest some 50 minutes away and Charlotte International is under 2 hours.
what medical facilities are nearby?
Two top notch facilities are under 10 minutes from the community — Advent Health (formerly Parkridge) and Pardee. Mission Hospital in Asheville is 30 minutes away. Every other conceivable medical practice is located within 10 minutes as well.
what builders can i use?
We are not a community that restrict you to certain builders. We do have already approved builders, but if you let us know who you would like to use we will just reference them and ensure they are a builder in good standing.
where is nearby food shopping?
In less than 10 minutes you will find a plethora of shopping options, from Fresh Market, Publix, Harris Teeter, Ingles and the Hendersonville Coop. In only 4 minutes you will find a Ingles for quicker trips.
how long can i wait to build?
We do not have a required build time, so you have the freedom and flexibility to do so when you are ready. Purchasing a lot in advance of building ensures you have the lot you love as all of your homesites are unique.
what style of home is permitted?
We encourage different architectural styles and diversity – no cookie cutter here! Whether your preference is towards the traditional or mountain modern, let’s talk about your dream home.
how can i meet other residents?
The community gathering area, around the firepit, is we we get together for ongoing events. Given that nearly all our residents come from out of the area, socializing and meeting new friends has been a mainstay. From The Boulders Book Club, to yoga group, bowling group (followed by lunch at breweries and wineries) and other activities, it’s a great place to meet new people.
what outdoor adventure is nearby?
The Boulders is the ideal gateway to all that the Blue Ridge Mountains and Western North Carolina has to offer. Whether it’s hiking, biking, walking, driving, golf, tennis and more, it’s the ideal base to explore places like Dupont Forest, the waterfalls of Brevard, Bent Creek, the NC Arboretum and the Oklawaha Greenway Trail that connect four parks just a few minutes from The Boulders.
